The prices vary depending upon the level of services you require, your locality, size of property, and whether you prefer to pay per booking or by quarterly or annual standing order. Please note that prices may be amended at short notice and without prior warning. However, we would try to give you notice of any changes in advance. Prices were correct at publication. If you are paying per booking rather than by standing order we require payment in advance credit card. See pricing examples below.

Basic Service
If you require a basic service and your property is local it could cost £35 (key service) + £70 (cleaning) + £50 (linen) = £155 a month if you pay by monthly standing order.
If you pay per booking the same service would cost £40 + £20 + £20 = £80 per booking.

Gold Service
If you require our gold service and your property is local it could cost £35 (key service) + £70 (cleaning) + £50 (linen) + £40 (welcome pack) + £40 (gardening) + £100 (departure check) + £10 (liaison service) = £345 a month if you pay by monthly standing order.
If you pay per booking the same service would cost £40 + £20 + £20 + £15 + £35 + £10 = £140 per booking.

Platinum Service
If you require our platinum service and your property is local it could cost £35 (key service) + £70 (cleaning) + £50 (linen) + £40 (welcome pack) + £40 (gardening) + £10 (security) + £5 (repair) + £10 (extra) + £10 (advertsing) £100 (departure check) + £10 (liaison service) = £380 a month if you pay by monthly standing order.
If you pay per booking the same service (without premier advertising) would cost £40 + £20 + £20 + £15 + £35 + £10 + £10 + £5 + £35 = £190 per booking.
