Personal Welcome

If you use the 'departure check' service the 'Personal welcome service' basic charge is free if you want to offer it.

Personal welcome service includes someone waiting at the property to greet the clients, take any deposit you require, and hand over the keys.

Depending upon the arrival time of the guests then we may or may not levy an extra charge. If the new guests arrive within 1 hour of the previous guests leaving then we will wait and there will be no charge. If you inform us that the new arrivals will be arriving later than one hour later that day, then if you let us know the expected arrival time we can be there at that time.

The cost to return is 30 euros (local), and 50 euros (regional), or 60 euros (local) and 80 euros (regional) if this time is after 9pm.

If we subsequently have to wait more than 30 minutes for the clients to arrive we will charge an additional waiting fee of 20 euros per hour. You are welcome to make it a stipulation of any client's deposit conditions that they should arrive at the time they state or else lose some of their deposit.

You are at liberty to ask your clients to pay any due fee upon arrival. Alternatively you can pay us afterwards.

You are not obliged to use this service. If, for example, you have somewhere safe you want us to leave the keys then we could just leave the keys there for the new guests to pick up.
