Liaison Service

The Liaison Service only available as an addition to key holder service.

It involves being on the other end of a telephone for you if you need to organise things. E.g if you need someone local to go to the property and check something specific then we can do this upon request. We can also do things like check your post, search for furniture, or a variety of tasks.

The cost for this service is just £10 per month if you pay by standing order, plus 30 euros an hour plus travel expenses if you require us to make any calls for you or perform tasks for you. You should be aware that if you call us and ask us to go round to your property then we can do this but we may not be able to do it straight away, it would depend on our diary. We should however, be able to give you an idea of when we can process your tasks when you call.
