Keyholding

Should you need to leave your property unattended for any length of time, short or long term, we can supply a key holding service, retaining the keys in order to enter your property to keep an eye on things in your absence.

We can call local tradesmen when required (if you give us permission).

In addition to keyholding we offer an emergency telephone service whereby your clients can call us for emergency repairs.

Please note that key holding is not the same as the departure and welcome service whcih involves being present to hand over keys to clients.
