Extra Checks

As per 'repair checks' but this would involve making extra visits at times when your property is not being rented out. This could be useful if you want us to keep an eye on things over winter for example.

If we identify faults which need repairing we can call out a tradesman. Any subsequent repair costs would be whatever the tradesmen charge plus 30 euros per hour (or part hour) of our time.
