This holiday is for cyclists who prefer to cycle on the road as well as on cycle paths in France. Even if you are not very fit to begin with you should not be deterred as the rides are short distances to begin with (5 -10 miles) but as your level of fitness grows so do the distances, and by the end of the week the distances will be greater. But don't let this deter you, because the further you ride the more fantastic French scenery you will see

 Cycling Holiday in France- The Weather
We would recommend you protect yourself from the elements. The weather in France is usually sunny so sun tan cream is a must, but just in case also bring a hat, and some waterproofs.
