General Information about our Holiday Services

 About Us -
We do not pretend to be something which we are not. We are a small holiday company led by a former Thompson's Rep. Our small team consists of both English and French members. Friendship represents the ethos behind our service. We would like your holiday to be a fabulous experience where you will not only see some fantastic scenery, but will also have fun and make some lifelong friends too.

Our Service
As mentioned, we are not a tour operator, but a value for money small holiday company catering for individuals or small groups. Our main service is to prepare tailored itineraries to your liking, transfer you to your hotel, and arrange pick ups and leaders for excursions, courses, and activities Our aim to help you have a wonderful holiday, so please feel free to ask us what you want from your vacation and we will do our best to help.

Excursions
We want you to make the most of your visit. Rather than give you a list of places and things you may not want to go and see we can decide upon what you want to do and see in direct consultation with yourself.

 Flights
We do not organise flights. However, we do arrange pick ups from both Geneva and Lyon airports. Both of these airports are served by the usual carriers such as BA etc, as well as low cost airlines such as Easyjet.

What is included in the cost
- Transfers to and from the airport to your hotel or B & B (if you arrive on the flight assicaited with your holiday booking)
- Excursions (depending on your package)
- Services of our bilingual representatives
- Discounts on future holidays

What is NOT included in the cost
- Your flight
- Flight Transfers if you arrive on a different flight
- The cost of your hotel (if you choose not to stay in then B & B)
- Meals (But Breakfast is provided with B &B)
- Cost of entry into places of interest or activities

 Payment / Deposit
When you book we will only require a small deposit. When you book you will be told the initial amount required.

 Discounts
Discounts are available for some holidays for groups of 8 people or more. Please email us if this applies.

Conditions
Some of our vacations, especially the activity/adventure vacations, will require a minimum number of people booked on each course/activity before we can run it. We therefore reserve the right to cancel the activity without prior notice. In the unlikely event of an activity being canceled we will be happy to return your deposit in full. In such an event your flight & hotel bookings would not be affected, just the activity or course.

Disclaimer
You should be aware that French Property Plus, nor it's parent company e-Fervour Limited accept responsibility for any injuries sustained by you. This includes adventure activities and courses. Whilst we work with insured activity companies, we also recommend you have adequate holiday insurance cover before you travel. Please note that some activities such as scuba diving and para gliding may not be covered on standard holiday insurance so please check with your insurance company.

Your Holiday
Our tour leaders have experience in tourism in France and are looking forward to making your holiday a fun and enjoyable experience. We have chosen the French Alps because we know and love the area, and think that you will love it too.
